I plan on embroidering the whole bottom of a tunic for a friend of mine, and after drawing the design on the fabric I have now started working the stitches in. This is my first try at such an involved project, so I'm leaving it pretty "airy" and just planning on strong line work to do its job and make it look good.
Cross your fingers with me! Here are a few pictures of the beginning of the process. I know it's probably hard to get an idea of what I'm going for, but I want to have a reminder of the progress as I go...
